• These terms are intended to create a clear framework for customers, minimize misunderstanding, protect the brand, and ensure fair handling of logistics, product concerns, payments, communication, and policy interpretation.
• These terms apply in addition to any specific product-page notices, shipping notes, promotional conditions, checkout disclosures, and legal disclaimers displayed on the website from time to time. In case of conflict, Haldiva India may determine the interpretation most consistent with applicable law, reasonable market practice, and the company’s documented policy position.
• By placing an order, the customer expressly confirms that they have read all material sections of the policy, understood the implications of the terms, and voluntarily accepted them before purchase.
• The customer further agrees that any acceptance checkbox, order confirmation action, online payment completion, WhatsApp or email confirmation linked to the order, or continued use of the website after policy publication shall be treated as valid acknowledgment of these terms.
• If the customer does not agree with any part of these terms, the customer should not proceed with placing the order.
• For avoidance of doubt, the customer acknowledges that Haldiva India has clearly disclosed key terms including shipping conditions, non-returnability of consumable products, evidence requirements for claims, product disclaimer language, and limitations applicable to dispute resolution timelines.
• The website is intended to be used only by persons capable of entering into a legally binding arrangement under applicable law. By purchasing, the customer represents that the information shared by them is true, complete, current, and not misleading.
• Haldiva India reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, delay processing, or cancel an order where customer information appears incomplete, unverifiable, suspicious, fraudulent, or operationally unsuitable for fulfillment.
• Haldiva India positions its products around purity, natural sourcing, non-adulteration, quality-focused selection, and premium presentation. Unless specifically stated and properly supported, Haldiva India does not make any claim that a product is medicinal, therapeutic, clinically curative, or certified organic.
• As many Haldiva India products are naturally derived or food-based, normal variations may occur in color, aroma, granulation, viscosity, taste notes, texture, or visual appearance due to season, sourcing conditions, raw material variation, climate, geography, and natural processing differences.
• Such natural variations shall not, by themselves, be treated as manufacturing defect, impurity, adulteration, or product failure, provided the product remains within normal quality expectations and applicable standards.
• Customers are advised to read the actual label and packaging of the delivered product carefully, as product images, lifestyle visuals, and marketing creatives are primarily illustrative in nature. Minor label updates, artwork corrections, packaging refreshes, or formatting revisions may occur during the course of business.
• Haldiva India supports healthy lifestyle choices, conscious food habits, daily routine discipline, and general wellness-oriented consumption. However, no product sold by Haldiva India should be construed as medical advice, a treatment plan, a cure, a disease-prevention guarantee, or a substitute for professional diagnosis.
• Customers are responsible for determining from their own end whether a product is suitable for their age, body condition, allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, religious or nutritional preferences, and medical profile.
• If a customer is pregnant, lactating, on medication, under active treatment, following a restricted diet, or managing a specific health condition, consultation with an appropriate medical professional is strongly recommended before consumption.
• Haldiva India shall not be responsible for adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed conditions, individual intolerance, improper consumption, overconsumption, failure to verify suitability, or customer-specific medical circumstances unknown to the company.
• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees and may be shown as inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the website configuration, campaign structure, applicable law, and presentation format at the time of purchase.
• Haldiva India reserves the right to update pricing, revise offers, withdraw discounts, amend bundle schemes, correct typographical or technical pricing errors, and modify promotional campaigns without prior notice.
• An order shall be treated as confirmed only upon successful payment authorization and operational acceptance by Haldiva India. Payment processing is undertaken through third-party gateway partners, and Haldiva India does not intentionally store sensitive card credentials on its own systems.
• Tax invoices shall be issued as applicable. Any invoice discrepancy should ideally be reported within 48 hours of receipt so that the company may review the matter promptly.
• Haldiva India reserves the sole right to accept, decline, hold, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, packaging constraints, serviceability limitations, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, abnormal order patterns, pricing error, technical malfunction, legal restriction, or internal quality concerns.
• Once an order is placed, modification requests may or may not be feasible depending on processing stage. Haldiva India may attempt accommodation at its discretion but is under no obligation to modify confirmed orders after operational processing has started.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled by Haldiva India and no shipment has been completed, the applicable refund, if any, shall generally be initiated through the original payment method within a reasonable banking timeline, typically 7 to 10 working days after internal confirmation, subject to third-party payment processing cycles.
• Standard delivery timelines are indicative only and typically range from 5 to 15 working days, depending on destination, order volume, courier performance, dispatch workload, product readiness, and serviceability.
• Haldiva India reserves the right to levy shipping charges on orders below ₹999, on orders going to remote, difficult, outer-serviceable, or special-handling locations, and in any scenario where logistics cost materially exceeds normal fulfillment assumptions.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, may be displayed at checkout, communicated prior to dispatch, or recovered through the structured order process in accordance with the platform workflow.
• Haldiva India may fulfill an order in one or more parts depending on stock availability, packaging requirements, dispatch optimization, or courier limitations. Such split shipment or partial dispatch shall not by itself amount to deficiency in service.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, transport disruptions, strikes, regional restrictions, lockdowns, public disturbances, regulatory action, warehouse backlog, festival load, or courier partner delays. Such circumstances are beyond the company’s direct control.
• To protect both the customer and the brand, Haldiva India strongly advises every customer to record a clear, continuous, and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the outer package is received in sealed condition until all products are removed and checked.
• For any claim relating to wrong item, short quantity, transit damage, leakage, broken packaging, missing components, tampering concerns, or visible delivery-related discrepancy, the customer must submit the complete unboxing video together with clear supporting images and relevant order details.
• Where feasible, customers should also obtain delivery remarks or written acknowledgment from the delivery executive in case of obvious external damage at the time of receipt.
• In the absence of adequate proof, Haldiva India or the logistics partner may be unable to validate the claim, and such claim may therefore be declined or limited.
• Due to the consumable, ingestible, hygienic, and product-integrity-sensitive nature of Haldiva India offerings, products are generally non-returnable and non-replaceable once delivered.
• This policy is important for maintaining safety, preventing misuse, and aligning with common market practice applicable to food, wellness, and other consumable categories.
• However, Haldiva India may review genuine cases on an exception basis where a claim is timely raised and supported by sufficient evidence. Review of a claim does not automatically mean acceptance of return, replacement, refund, or compensation.
• Any approved refund, replacement, or credit resolution shall remain subject to internal review findings, operational practicality, courier verification, and, where relevant, manufacturing or batch-level investigation.
• Haldiva India aims to address normal customer concerns promptly and professionally. However, in matters involving substantial transit loss, batch verification, manufacturer coordination, payment dispute investigation, suspected tampering, repeated complaint patterns, legal review, or third-party logistics escalation, immediate closure may not be possible.
• In such severe, disputed, or complex matters, resolution may take up to 30 to 45 working days depending on the nature of the concern, availability of evidence, cooperation from external stakeholders, internal quality checks, and investigation complexity.
• The customer acknowledges and accepts this extended resolution window for serious matters and agrees to cooperate reasonably during the review process by sharing documents, evidence, order details, or clarifications as requested.
• Upon successful delivery, responsibility for appropriate storage, handling, usage, and care of the product passes to the customer. Claims shall not ordinarily be entertained for issues arising from improper storage conditions, exposure to moisture or heat, contamination after opening, rough handling, delay in opening, or consumption contrary to the product’s intended use.
• Customers are responsible for reading label instructions, ingredients, storage advice, shelf-life details, and any cautionary note printed on the product packaging or associated material.
• Customers are strongly advised to purchase Haldiva India products only from the official website, verified online platforms, or duly authorized sellers, distributors, or representatives.
• If a person chooses to purchase from any third party, unofficial seller, unknown reseller, or unverified channel, that person must independently verify authenticity from Haldiva India before relying on the product as genuine brand stock.
• Haldiva India shall not be responsible for counterfeit goods, tampered items, expired stock, mishandled products, deceptive selling, or any quality dispute arising from unauthorized or unverified sources.
• Haldiva India works with selected manufacturing or supply partners and is committed to responsible brand presentation, quality coordination, customer communication, and issue handling. Product manufacturing, packing, and batch processing may be carried out by approved partners in accordance with applicable standards and business arrangements.
• Where a genuine issue is reported, Haldiva India may coordinate review with the relevant manufacturing or supply side. This coordination-based role shall not prevent Haldiva India from supporting fair customer resolution where the facts justify such support.
• At the same time, Haldiva India reserves the right to investigate and determine whether the issue relates to transit, storage, platform handling, customer use, batch condition, unauthorized sourcing, or any other contributing factor.
• Haldiva India respects customer privacy and uses customer information primarily for order processing, customer support, shipping coordination, payment verification, lawful compliance, and service-related communication.
• The company does not intentionally misuse, sell, or disclose customer personal information to unauthorized parties. Limited sharing may occur with payment processors, logistics partners, service providers, or legal authorities only to the extent reasonably necessary for business operations, statutory compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
• By placing an order, the customer consents to receive transactional communication through email, phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or other reasonable communication channels in relation to order status, delivery coordination, service updates, and policy-linked communication.
• All trademarks, logos, labels, product names, creatives, texts, designs, photographs, graphics, website layout elements, and brand communication materials displayed by Haldiva India are the exclusive property of Haldiva India or are lawfully used by it.
• No person may copy, reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, distribute, modify, scrape, imitate, or misuse such content without prior written authorization.
• Unauthorized use of the website, interference with website functionality, fraudulent behavior, attempted technical abuse, or misuse of content may result in restricted access, cancellation of orders, legal action, or any other lawful remedy deemed appropriate by the company.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haldiva India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including perceived health expectations, business losses, emotional distress, delay-related inconvenience, or customer-specific outcomes not directly caused by proven and attributable company fault.
• In any event, the maximum liability of Haldiva India, if established, shall generally be limited to the value of the relevant order or affected product, as determined reasonably under the circumstances.
• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Haldiva India from claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or actions arising from misuse of products, violation of these terms, false information submitted by the customer, unauthorized resale, or unlawful use of the website or brand materials.
• Haldiva India shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic-related restrictions, transport breakdown, labor unrest, cyber incidents, war-like situations, government action, or infrastructure disruption.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to website use, order placement, policy interpretation, or transaction handling shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Haldiva India reserves the right to amend, update, clarify, expand, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time in line with business practice, legal requirements, website changes, operational experience, or policy refinement.
