At Haldiva, we aim to deliver your products swiftly, safely, and in perfect condition.

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries across India.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer domestic shipping across India.

International deliveries are not available at this time.

Our delivery network covers most major cities and towns. However, delivery to remote or restricted areas may depend on the availability of our courier partners.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high demand, natural calamities, or logistical delays, processing may take longer — we’ll notify you if such a delay occurs.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking details and courier partner information.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly mentioned on our website or product pages.

Order Cancellation

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food and wellness productsorders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or packed, as the quality and safety of the product may be compromised.

Haldiva reserves the right to refuse orders prior to processing or packing in cases such as:

  1. Product out of stock or unavailable
  2. Issues with payment confirmation
  3. Incomplete or unverifiable delivery address
  4. Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Customers may contact us within 12 hours of placing an order at care@haldivaindia.in if the order has not yet been processed or packed.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Haldiva is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will, however, make every effort to support you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at care@haldivaindia.in within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
